We are thrilled to have TWO Speakers join us! Vernessa Cole of The WAY Leadership Coaching, LLC followed by Robert Medigovich of CWD.


"Vernessa Cole is a seasoned leadership coach, Bible teacher, and speaker dedicated to equipping and empowering others with practical, biblical wisdom to foster self-love, unity, and impactful service. 


As co-founder of Kingdom Authority Christian Center and board member at Dallas Christian Women’s Job Corps, 

she passionately mentors women in spiritual growth, life skills and career opportunities. 


With a degree in Business Administration, and expertise in leadership development and organizational improvement, Vernessa enriches communities through her dedication to empowering leaders to reach their greatest potential."



"Robert Medigovich, is the Municipal Coordinator, for Community Waste Disposal, (CWD ) He got involved in the recycling industry in Lubbock, Texas while in graduate school, and completed a Master of Public Administration with Environmental Emphasis, while implementing a residential recycling program for the City of Lubbock.


CWD is the largest private recycling and trash company in North Texas. CWD services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area. CWD has been servicing the residential and commercial solid waste needs since 2007. Robert works with the staff of these municipalities to implement and education residents and commercial business on waste minimization programs."
