About

Sandi Hill got her start in Real Estate after two decades teaching in Elementary Education.  Within three years, Sandi had become a successful real estate agent, and she was supporting the 100+ agent SWR Group @ Keller Williams as the Operations Manager.  In year three, Sandi also convinced her husband, Keith Hill, to get his real estate license.  Less than one year later, Keith retired from a twenty-eight year HVAC Engineering career to work alongside Sandi full time, and they founded Two Hills Realty Team.

Sandi and Keith have been recognized within the SWR Group as a dynamic and inseparable pair with an amazing work ethic, a desire to lead, the ability to teach, and the capacity to empathize with other agents and their clients. They are now helping to run one of the largest real estate teams in the region as Directors of the SWR Group at Keller Williams®.  Sandi holds the title, Director of Operations.  Keith holds the title, Director of Technology and Systems.

By merging their diverse skill sets, advanced positions within a highly successful brokerage, and a deep passion for assisting and educating home buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other agents, the Two Hills Realty Team is prepared to support you through every facet of residential real estate.

In 2025, Sandi passed her Broker's exams; she is now a Keller Williams® Broker Associate!  There's no plan to leave our amazing Keller Williams® family, but we believe it is important for you all to know that we are always improving ourselves to better serve you.
